Leadership Circle
The Breaktime Leadership Circle is a community of philanthropic individuals and families who believe in the power of Breaktime to break the cycle of young adult homelessness. They help make possible the work that the Breaktime team does each and every day.
Breaktime's program involves financial empowerment training and supported employment for economically marginal young adults; public awareness campaigns that make visible the need to address young adult homelessness; and strategic public policy initiatives that involve government entities in helping our most vulnerable young adults succeed.

Our vision is a world in which homelessness is brief, rare, and non-recurring
Breaktime’s mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by equipping young adults with the job and financial security they need to establish housing security. By providing employment, wraparound services, and financial support, Breaktime works to ensure that every young person has the tools they need to achieve job, financial, and long-term housing security.
Breaktime's Launchpad, Liftoff, and Stable Orbit programs offer supported transitional employment opportunities. These young adults benefit from job placement, matched savings, and three years of wrap-around services.
